FoSaMed – Enhancing Food Safety in the Mediterranean

The University of Evora, coordinator of the UNIMED SubNetwork on Food and Water and of the FoSaMed project, announces the event MED às 4as |Building Euro-Mediterranean collaboration networks: the UNIMED Subnetwork on Food and Water and the FoSaMed project, which will be held oOctober 6th, from 2pm to 3pm (Portugal time) online.

Coordinated by MED-UEVORA, the Subnetwork on Food and Water has as main objectives the promotion of academic cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean region and the development of partnerships for interdisciplinary scientific research in the areas of food and water management.

In this presentation, the activities carried out within the scope of the UNIMED SubNetwork on Food and Water will be presented together with the FoSaMed project – Enhancing Food Safety in the Mediterranean, resulting from the work developed by the SubNetwork.

The FoSaMed project (2021-2024), funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program, aims to promote the training of teachers and researchers and develop a new Master Program in Food Safety, to be implemented in four higher education institutions in Morocco.
