On May 17th, the University Mohammed Premier Oujda organised the second Franco-Maghrebi meeting on “Microbial enzymes of industrial and environmental interest”.
The seminar was organised within the framework of the Hubert Curien (PHC)-MAGHREB Multilateral Partnership Project and gathered 118 attendees face-to-face and 31 participants joining remotely.
Prof. ASEHRAOU Abdeslam, coordinator of the FoSaMed project at the University Mohammed Premier Oujda, delivered a presentation of the project and announced the launch of the FoSaMed Master on Food Safety next academic year.
