The FoSamed center is composed of an existing laboratory at the level of the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences (FNS). It is very spacious, equipped with all the necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.), ready to house the equipment purchased as part of the Fosamed project.
It also offers an office for the students and PhDs enrolled in the FoSamed project, even in the framework of other projects focusing on results of mutual interest.
The objective of the center is to create a space of excellence for the training and learning of students enrolled in the FoSamed Master’s and to be used for the continuous training of engineers, teachers, technicians and Agrifood professionals in Morocco.
The center, as well as the various equipment acquired within the framework of the FoSamed project, will be available to teachers, technicians and students involved in the project and also for the students and teachers of the three Moroccan institutions partners of Fosamed.
During the life of the project, more than a hundred students and more than 30 teachers will use the center. The equipment will be used for practical work and research work planned as part of the Master’s FoSamed.
